She brings more than 20 years of executive and advisory experience across strategy, operations, client leadership, marketing, culture, and organizational transformation. Her experience includes work with Fortune 500 brands, government agencies, and growing businesses, as well as leading teams and advising senior stakeholders through complex change.

A Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner through iPEC, Vanessa combines disciplined coaching with practical business experience. She is pursuing an Executive MBA through Quantic School of Business and Technology and holds a BA in Marketing & Communications from Governors State University.

She helps organizations make sound decisions as technology changes faster than traditional operating and governance models.

Tia is also an adjunct professor, LinkedIn Learning instructor, published author, Forbes Technology Council member, and featured industry leader in The Women in Security Documentary.
