From November 2 through December 18, Transformation+ participants begin their experience with the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) Assessment, a research-backed attitudinal assessment that provides deeper insight into the beliefs and patterns influencing how they think, respond, and lead. Each participant will receive a private 1:1 ELI debrief and the first of three coaching sessions, creating a personalized foundation for the eight-week live program beginning January 11, 2027.
